Hi

does anyone have any links or pdf of the above format? I am looking for something after c25k. I have downloaded the nhs podcasts but they are all pure running without intervals?

Thank you

Stephen

The NHS C25K+ podcast suite I have does include intervals - try listening to the one called 'Speed' (it's hardcore, I'm a chicken and use Audiofuel's Pyramid 180 instead...)

Is the music the same all the way through on that podcast please?

It's a while since I listened. More than one track I think but it is the same 'feet to the beat' principle as the other C25K+

Audiofuel Pyramid 180 is very similar in terms of music and approach, just a shorter session. And a coach who amuses me - 'recover as best you can' etc

Definitely both music for the purpose rather than aesthetic pleasure.

I had a quick listen it sounds as if they use the same track for each interval, but I like their stuff so I might get it. I got Polyrunner, there's some really nice tracks on that.

Hi

I saw that one, but while looking I was hoping to find one a bit similar to the c25k version.

Yes or just a printout.

Hi Stephen. One easy thing I've done in the past is to do two C25K sessions back to back. Once one ends I skip the cooldown and load up another week.

I've started running through the 5 mins warm up & cool down of week 9 - I run slower through these parts and then speed up a notch for the 30 min run. I only started doing that on my last run so don't know whether it will work. I've also started including more significant inclines in my runs too.

Stepping stones is brilliant. Familiar territory with Laura too 🙂

I'd like to find something like this too. Like RWD said, I use the early weeks with Laura, but they get a bit boring after a while...let me know if you find anything please.

Not what you're looking for?
