Having put it off for a couple of days due to lack of faith in myself that I would manage the 20 min run, my other half gave me a push in the right direction and yes I did manage it yesterday, what a great feeling of achievement. Woo Hoo onto week 6 tomorrow!

WELL DONE- the best feeling of achievement- I can remember feeling quite emotional at W5R3 done, having been pretty scared of it. Don't let W6R1 get to you either- take it steady, you can do it
