Was due to do the final run yesterday but did SO much procrastinating and talked myself out of it! Got up this morning telling myself I'd do as much as I could, if I didn't manage the full 20 mins I could just repeat it. No need to repeat, I did the whole 20 mins ๐๐ฎ๐ and it was no where near as bad as I'd made it out to be!
Onwards and upwards to W6!

Massive well done you.. the lovely longer runs beckon.. perfect for letting the legs begin to find their happy pace Take it steady and slow into Week 6
Looking forward to those longer runs (can't believe that I've just written that but am really beginning to enjoy this running lark! ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
Such a big grin on completion, and pretty much all day to be fair ๐ The reality was nowhere near the nightmare I had built it up to be. 20 minutes without walking intervals seemed so hard but, as people have previously posted (and Jo Wiley told me this morning!), the programme prepares you for it.
Well done! It feels bloomin fantastic, doesn't it? I was really worried about it, genuinely felt I couldn't even do 10, when I finished I was so excited and emotional I wet my self!
I did W6R1 this morning, which wasn't as bad as yours but not as easy as I thought it would be. On researching it, I'm not alone in finding it hard, so will look forward to my next run.
