I can't believe we just ran for 20 mins! 😱

Thank heavens it rained throughout the last 5 mins it gave us a much needed cool down. My left leg has played up all through week 5 so I wasn't sure I would manage it even with 2 rest days but touch wood after lots of stretching it is ok.

On to week 6.😁πŸ’ͺ

Well done you, 20 minutes non stop that's amazing. Isn't it a great feeling completing each run 😊

It really is, I couldn't believe it when it said we was half way, I thought for sure I'd only about 7 mins. A few 90s hits later and we was done.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒ 😊 πŸ‘

Brilliant, well done! I just did my W5 R3 today too - isn't it a great feeling to complete it? It was raining the whole time I was out, but I didn't mind as it cooled me down nicely and also meant the park was really quiet and I didn't have jog around people's wayward toddlers and families on bikes.

Well done to you too! I really enjoyed it, I remember 5 weeks ago looking ahead on the app thinking no way can I do 20 mins in just 5 weeks. Not long to go now. We've been running down the canal and occasionally switch up to the streets to get some elevation in, prefer the flat surface though. πŸ˜‚
