Got up and didn’t really feel in the mood for anything today. But I shook myself and thought today is running day get on with it!!

Ran at 5:30am, the run itself was fine, it’s me that feels flat today.

The two 10’s went by without problem and that’s my last run with walking bits in.

My mood hasn’t really improved all morning, (bear with sore head) but I’m glad that I ran. I think I need hot chocolate, a large blanket and films all day... shame it’s Monday and it’s a work day 🤓

Well done for getting out there and running 🏃‍♀️

Well done for completing your run. Sounds like you have the Monday Blues. I hope you get a chance to unwind with chocolate a comfy blanket and a good movie this evening once you're home.

Getting out any day when you don’t want to, demonstrates your commitment to yourself. Good you.

It's done now - sounds like you had stuff on your mind. Don't worry, I expect your next run will be great - hope you get a buzz out of it next time!

Oh and also you have inspired me! I was very grumpy at work today because there us just so much work it's overwhelming. I had convinced myself I wouldn't get a chance to run. But after reading your post I've decided to out at the crack of dawn tomorrow. I WILL run whatever!

I knew I had a shocking day ahead. But that’s why I like to run in the morning. I could think of 50 fake illnesses and 100 reasons why I have too much work to run.

I’m glad I inspired x

Hope you’re feeling better today. It’s tiring getting up, running and working.

Worth it though 🙂
