Woke up this morning feeling quite horrible, sickly, a little dizzy, stomach turning flips, etc so I didn't run.

After a day in the customer's office, pressing buttons, lifting servers, etc, but after work I felt a little better, so, off I went down to the hotel gym.

As usual, it was empty, out came the Bluetooth headset and on went Laura.

Week 6 run 2 is now done and dusted, no more intervals for the next few weeks.

Happy running everyone!!!

The thought did cross my mind of bumping the run until tomorrow morning but I was feelng a little down with myself for missing the run and I really needed to clear my head.

So I ran, waddled, joggled, whatever you call it BUT very slowly.

Good run for you today, no more intervals at all for ever, run 2 of week 6 is the FINAL run with interval walks and runs, from now until you graduate run its all non stop running 🏃.

Great determination, and a good choice not to run this morning. Enjoy the lovely just running runs that close this plan out... you got this.
