Elated! Just run for 25 mins without stopping to finish week 6. Can hardly believe it. I couldn't do this as a youngster but can at 48.

Always hard first 5 mins when I'm still cold. Next 15 amazing and could have gone forever. Last 5- woah. Had to dig in as found it hard. But hey ho, I did it and feel soooo proud. 5k is in sight.

Well done scooby David it's an amazing programme that motivates and inspires plus it's totally addictive...... you do right to feel proud of yourself!

Great stuff Scooby , Well done !

Yes you should be feeling very proud of yourself tonight . That is a major milestone in the programme , a proper turning point and you grabbed it by the scruff of the neck, twirled it around your head a few times and then threw it over your shoulder ! Epic !

Youre doing great, keep going !

Onwards, always xxx

Lol. Yes, mustn't het impatient. Desperate for 5k as that feels what 'proper' runners do!
