But got back to it again last night. Then I’d convinced myself I’d only be good for a brisk walk last night and my OH told me I’d surprise myself. I didn’t listen to the podcast (I was believing I wouldn’t make it) so I brisk walked 5 mins, ran 2, walked 1, ran 4, walked 2 and ran 4 again and cooled down 5 mins. Amazing!!!!!

Well done you!!!!! And welcome back to the forum too!! Just for info, I struggled with getting 3 runs a week in so just did what I could - usually 2, and have still made progress. It took the pressure off a bit and 3 months later I’m on w9 and have managed to get through every run! Slow and steady as they say.....good luck and above all ENJOY!! Xxx
