Another back to back. Woke up with tired legs from the day before and period pain but felt up for today's run and didn't want to miss my only opportunity for a few days...and it went really well, I'm surprising myself. Run 3 looks like the big one, running for 20 mins so glad I'm getting a rest in between.  will hopefully complete R3 by the end of this week. Have a good week everyone 👟

Definitely  take those rest days, they are just as important 😊

Take the next run as it comes, start out slowly believe in the program and trust in yourself, you really can do it!

Thanks. Really enjoying the program now. Feel like I'm starting to get somewhere.

I'm presuming you're on Week 5? For that well done. Don't miss out your rest days - especially if you're a newbie. Your body is still having an argument with itself as it gets used to you going out and using muscles that haven't been used like this before. Don't worry about run 3 - the 20 minuter. Your body will do it. Also what's good if the night before you do it, tell yourself that you;re gonna run for 20 minutes. I always find a bit of positive mental attitude mega valuable for runs. Good luck!
