Yay!

I'm taking every victory I can get here :)

I think I was still stiff from Monday because this run was a little more difficult. But I'm taking it slow (my running pace is a walking pace for most I'm sure) and in the end I managed.

Slow running is the order of the day.  Don't worry at all about anything but completing the session.  Going slow means you'll nail it.   It will also be easier on the legs and prevent injury.

Have fun ☺

Well done, some runs just seem ridiculously hard sometimes but you got through it, that's all you have to do :)

Many of us know we're slow but we're all a lot faster than when we have our bums sat on seats :)

Ditch the worries about pace and distance. It does tend to creep in to your thoughts as the weeks pass and the bug bites but just finishing each session is what is important.

Keep going :)
