This time last week I was disappointed I hadn't managed run 1 of week 5.....after reading all your lovely comments and with a different mindset I went back out, and tonight have just completed week 5 including the 20 mins.....as Laura says it is a gentle jog! But think back 5 weeks and  minute was almost too much.....this really works 😀😀😀😀

Well done Helen! A lot of it is in the mind, but some of it is also by just going too fast to start off with and running out of steam (which I still do on occasions). It does really work, and I'm constantly amazed by how far I've come from when I started. Keep it up - you're doing great!
