So I was ill for a while so decided to redo week 4, yesterday I did the first run of week 5 and found it quite har. Do you think I should redo week 4 again just to get my body back into it? TIA

No: the runs to repeat are the ones you don’t complete, not the ones you do. Of course it was quite hard: it was fifteen minutes of running when a few weeks ago you couldn’t run at all. The point is that you did it. So well done: move on. When you get to a run you can’t complete first time, that’s the one you repeat.

Good tip, Arthur GJ. I didn't know that... and have gone back and repeated runs whenever knees, back, holiday etc. etc. stopped me in my tracks. But I'm managing to progress anyway - even if it is a slower pace - in every sense :-D

Repeating is always an option. If you fail to meet the requirements of a run you should always repeat until you do it. Otherwise, repeats are a strategic choice for building up stamina, confidence, technique and/or pace. However, if you’ve already achieved the requirements repeating can be demoralising, so the usual recommendation is to move on. If you’re struggling with it, just slow down a bit. And if you’re still struggling, slow down again ! Give your body time to adjust. You’ll get there x
