I'm over the moon πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸŒ™ πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Finally got there, I just took it very slow and steady, and the 20 minutes was over before I knew it.

Two days rest and this morning I got through Week 6 run 1 with no problems. I remembered that 4 years ago this one was a shock, and I really struggled with it.

This is a real milestone for me, because I've re-started C25k a few times, and always got stuck at week 5 run 2, possibly because I was going too fast. This time I've concentrated on keeping the pace very slow and steady and it's paid off. I'm past the half way mark πŸ˜€

I do think that w5 and w6 are the toughest weeks, and yes slow and steady does the job, not too long now and you'll be getting your graduation badge!

Thank you, I do feel as if I've got over the biggest hurdle. Now I know I can run for 20 minutes I'm aiming to do a Parkrun within a month as I can do it with intervalsπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ
