I am not a big fun of drugs (unless they are absolutely necessary). If you regularly eat food containing natural anti-inflammatory and vitamin C, you should be able to prevent legs soreness rather than having to cure it with ibuprofen.
Leg soreness! Epsom Salts! They rock. Hot bath post run, two cups of the salts. 20 minute soak. Good for the skin too, plus it's antiseptic so will sort out any blisters, nicks, grazes, sore feet, and it's anti-inflammatory. Said to sort out water retention too
