Lovely run this morning w8r1 in Thetford forest whilst away camping for the weekend. Makes a real change from my usual road runs.
Managed all 28 minutes without problem and could have kept going π

Thanks Antonioa, it really was a lovely run. I did plan to have a 2 day break and run again on Tues when I'm home again. But am thinking another run here on Monday am could be on the cards
