They are Brillant.

Structured and clever with audio fuel.

They are intended for C25k graduates, as the C25k is only about 30 mins of stamina and finding your slow and steady happy conversational pace.

Laura’s three podcasts are arranged in bpm, progressively, SS.,speed and stamina from 150 bpm upto 165 bpm.

Hope this helps you and use them at the appropriate time.

It maybe in some conflict with C25k , initially.

When you are ready, short, quick and light steps , kissing the ground will help you initially as advised by Laura and Oldfloss.

Atb., 🌟👏👏

Where are you on the C25K plan.... ? The + podcasts are for after Graduation :)

If you have finished C25K... then... go get that badge!

Then loads of consolidation of 30 minute runs before you think about the C25K+ podcasts... speed and distance only come as the legs continue to build up... Stepping Stones is very much about the discipline in our running... and Speed and Stamina are very challenging but extremely helpful..

Check out the last post from sallenson ..it is extremely helpful ...

Your response here has really helped me. I’ve been fussing about not getting faster, so this is reassuring, I will keep on doing my consolidation runs till I feel confident to move on. Don’t need the challenging, need the build-up of my old legs 😎

Hi Jogger_Mum,.

You can ask for your Well deserved Graduate badge here...

Some consolidation runs as suggested by Oldfloss and then do give the c25k + podcasts a go. You will

want to be comfortable with 30 mins of running first.😊x

Keep running and posting for motivation...

Yes I think so too, my pace has got better by 30secs but I think that has something to do with running first thing and not midday 🤦‍♀️
