The programme prepares you for each run Patrick so you are ready. Just take it very slowly. Really well done.
I am back to week 5 tomorrow, so hope mine goes as well as yours did. When I first did week 5 I found run 2 the best out of all the runs I did so I think you'll be fine

It will cope! Our bodies have this remarkable trick of just cracking on with it - it's the mind thats the hardest bit. Good luck! I've got mine tomorrow
