Morning kt.. have you time to go on your run first thing in the morning? I have found I'm much stronger then.. and it really does set you up with some great motivation for the rest of my day .. x good luck and well done for completing the run
Fully agree - although my morning runs are usually slower. Really sets you up for the day though!
You can give it a try.. suppose we all have different routines and they will undoubtedly have to have some flexibility.. we find a way.. just wait till you get the running bug.. it comes to most of us.. love getting it out the way as well then have more time to enjoy the feel great factor x good luck.. post and let us know how you got on
