Morning everyone...
What a lovely morning to get out and run in. Sun is shining, blue skies, light wind. I love it.
Just finished the last run of Week 2. Enjoyed it and looking forward to moving on to a Week 3 on Saturday.
Feeling the benefits already. Lungs seem to of opened up and my legs are feeling firmer.
Praying all goes well and who knows.... maybe I can feel alittle more confident this Summer in my clothes.
Have a great day everyone.x

Morning Donna
Sounds like you are having a good time 😃
Slow and steady and you’ll be fine. Running in warmer weather does have its problems but we can run earlier or later in the day when it’s cooler
Good luck with the next run. Slow and steady remember 👍

Morning. Oh yes I am enjoying it. Just like many of us, I didn't think I would ever say that but the truth is I do.
Almost completed the programme last year November and so Im looking forward to the longer runs in the near future.
Have a lovely day.

We sure are. I'm on dreaded nightshifts this weekend but as soon as I get in tomorrow morning before the world wakes up, I'll be heading over to my local playing field for a slow and steady beginning of Week 3.
Wishing you luck with your run too. We can most definitely do this. ☺
