Great job. Basically keep the pace down to conversational and you’ll be fine. Check the guide in the pinned posts.

Thanks used to run but upped my distance too quickly so trying to pace myself more 👍🏻
Yeah, it’s a little more complicated than the 10% rule implies as it can also be about run pace. Once you’ve graduated our sister forum “Bridge to 10k” will be able to keep you going safely for a while and also into the habit of varied runs and paces.
