Yippee I can run for 25 minutes x 3. I even did my extra hill which really took it out on my legs.
I recalled a post I had read, where someone said put one leg in front the other and I did that especially for my hill. It was a hill as I changed the route and it was a fairly steep decline and I realised that I had to learn how to slow down or else I feared I might topple over. Fortunately, I didnβt fall and then I turned and ran up the rather steep hill. I must be a glutton for punishment, where are the flat runs in this park? π Iβm yet to find it. I guess I need to start looking for flat park runs- so onto google search. Happy running everyone and keep smiling.π

Well done ! Hills..hmmm gentle incline on the treadmill is my limit at the moment so I am seriously impressed ! Im doing R2 of W7 in the morning π keep on putting one foot in front of the other
A rough guide to a flat parkrun would be the average time at the bottom... but the flattest ones round here are very popular with beginners and so slower than they should be.
Another good run in the bag... stay with those hills, youβre building extra endurance and speed for later.
