Should I run outside (week 9 run 2)

I am going to my parents this arvo and today is my running day. I can't get to the gym as my partner is on a late shift. I've not run outside since week 1 for various reasons. Should I finish the last 2 runs at the gym and graduate before braving outdoors or should I do it today (with an entourage of 2 kids on scooters!)?

I've only ever run outside so I'd say go for it however with two kids of my own I know it would be a much more stressful event if they were with me! Hope you get something sorted!

yes, of course.

The answer to any question that starts with "should I run..." is always 'yes'.

Running outside, doubly so.

I didn't in the end as we had a scooter 'malfunction' and the kids were squabbling! LOL
