W4R2 completed today and feel awesome

I had second thoughts about starting Week 4 thinking, I should stick with Week 3 before I start Week 4.

I just came back after running Week 4 Run 2...I see dramatic improvement from W4R1 when I slowed down for 30 secs to recover and complete the entire 18mins.

I just cannot wait to complete Week4 Run 3 and move to Week 5 now.

Feels awesome.
