Hello All,

I thought it would be nice to start with some light hearted humour

Well it's Friday another week over, another weekend to look forward to. How did the C25K family get along this week? I listened and took the advise of resting for 2 days before my next run, and it certainly did help...thank you all (y) .

So my run tonight... Something really strange and interesting happened tonight. Something I have not seen since I started the course back in November/December, I................... saw fellow runners!! I kid you not :-D :-D For the first time, at night, I have seen other people running. During the day it's not a problem, but at night they are rarer than Lord Lucan himself!

How did I do on the run? No pains, aches, attacks, or even the fox family to talk about today. Just good old cruise control and hit the highway. Everything fell into place beautifully today, and it turned into a brilliant run for me. No new records or distances, just a good solid run.

My next runs will probably be on Mon & Wed next week, and then save my legs for my 5k Olympic Park run on Saturday night.... (ooh so close, what do I wear?! :-) .

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and enjoy your run

oops, my motivational quote ;-)

"If you can't fly, then run. If you can't run, then walk. If you can't walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, keep moving." -Martin Luther King, Jr.

Mmm, cupcakes :-)

Great news about the run going well. I have a bit of a fox friend now, and many cat friends when I run, too! Good luck for the Olympic Park run, that must be really exciting!! Can't wait to read the post about it :-)
