O its been a right tough month & really worried if id get back to running ! Monday was first run/walk since 20/12 due to work, Christmas, family home , chest infection & weaTher!! Read a lot of great advice & many thanks for that & went back to run walks on Monday & out again tonight & managed to do 4.10k walk/run. I went back to week 6 & added some extra running at the end. Omg i couldn't believe how my fitness had dropped!!! But at least im back to it as so want to get to that 5k continuous run thaT i did back then😊I can't believe i have done 5ks😂😂hope to get out at weekend & keep building up my runs! O i have missed you all i just was on a bit of a low ebb missed my running & hard to motivate myself back out there!! Anyone else struggled after a few weeks not running? 😊
