Week 7 run 2 today ( rare day off so nice mid day outing). Didn't wear too many layers as part of the problem last time was me getting too hot I think. Slight change of route around new housing estate for a nosey ( and a few about turns at dead ends lol) .
Didn't make the full 25 again but more than last time and prob a minute or two short in total. Happy with that.
Just been asked what I want for mothers day and I have requested running top/ trousers and a water bottle ( deffo no chocolate!!)
Happy weekend everyone ☺

Well done, I did run 1 of week 7 today and decided to change my route slightly too which I found helped. I didn't have anything left in the tank though and couldn't speed up for the last 60 seconds. I've asked for a running jacket for Easter as I'm trying to avoid those Easter eggs.
I need to loose more weight to find one that fits. Love that there is someone else out who wants fitness gear instead of chocolate! Have a great weekend.
Nope.. never liked it even when small person.. now CRISPS!!!!!
Always been savoury, never sweet.. my taste..not me
I limit myself to a savoury treat, one day/evening a week.. otherwise I might look like a small Winnie the Pooh...Pom Bears... Furrows.....Tyrrells veggie crisps... my idea of yummy..
Well done mummy brummy, you're persevering, working hard and it's paying off - you'll get there! I hope you have lovely Mother's Day running clothes - an excellent idea, chocolate's overrated, now Lycra... What a treat!
I know that overheated feeling! On cold mornings like these the temptation is to wrap up warm but in minutes I am usually far too hot. This morning I ran in a long sleeved V neck top and came across another runner in long jogging bottoms and a top with a jacket over and the hood up! I am now wondering how long she lasted like that?
A change (of route) is a good as a rest and being a runner is you licence to be as nosey as you want! And finally, chocolate is definitely over rated - I think you will enjoy your new running clothes much more! Keep on running!
Thanks Trish I will try my best! I know I am not there yet but how do you get one of those little graduate badges at the side of your name....I want one!
Ha ha, you need stamina and determination (which it sound like you have) and when you've completed the program add your name to the graduates post for what ever month it is. Its in the pinned posts on the right of the screen. As if by magic it will appear! Good Luck!
