W7R3 better run than last time

Just had an absolutely exhilarating run! Last run did not feel good - I had stitch the whole time and was the first one I felt like stopping.

This run, I went more slowly, but I got stitch again. Instead of just breathing more deeply, which didn't help last time, I breathed quite a bit faster. My stitch disappeared, I enjoyed my run and love-love-loved my sprint finish! Bring on week 8!

Thanks. I'm not sure if I'm breathing "right" but it worked for me so I'll keep going until someone recommends something better!

You’re still here... must be breathing enough!

Like all muscles the diagram will have started this programme all relaxed and never pushed, so it will also take time and exercise to condition.

Thanks! I really love running when it feels like that. Beautiful weather too! Only an extra 3min next time... How's week 8 going for you?

Found run 2 hard today, I think I’m better at evening runs! Did my longest distance though..4.6 km, maybe that’s why it was a challenge!

Amazing! Yes, I think I'm better at evening runs. Maybe run 2 is always harder too? I think I went too fast on my last run - only a tiny bit, but it makes the difference. 4.6km is brilliant!

Thanks,I was pleased with that and it helped me get over the breathlessness! I never seem to enjoy run 2 as much as the first and the last x
