Can't believe I'm actually running, well jogging, for a full 25 mins non stop. Especially after having to stop for two weeks due to knee pain, which was awful (In week 3). But I got off my couch and back to it. I redid week 3 and here I am at week 7. I'm not the fastest but am getting there. Well impressed with myself.
