So excited - took note of all the great advice on this site and I nailed it (okay, I confess that I was willing Laura to tell me to slow down and walk during the last couple of minutes, but hey!) - onwards to week 6, really feeling that I will graduate now!

Once week 5 with a 20 minute run is under ur belt, you know with just a bit more pushing, u can do it! Be careful, week 6 is another challenge but you can do it. Get a nice rest and nice n steady and plod, plod some more and breathe nice and slowly. I always said "this isn't going to kill me" and "if you stop and walk, you will have to do this run again - no way!!" If I can graduate with Laura's expert help, you will too! 😀 Julie

Well done, brilliant feeling isn't it? I just couldn't stop smiling when I did it, I had a tear in my eye when Laura told me I could slow down. Keep up all your hard work.

Thank you - quite looking forward to week 6 now - but trying to focus just on one run at a time (although I actually feel I will graduate now!)

Well done ! That is a major milestone in the programme and you nailed it !

I remember getting very teary eyed after that run too . I think it was a mixture of relief , elation , and the belief of " Yes , I CAN do this ! "

Onwards, always xxx
