Hi everyone. This is my first post but I was so chuffed I had to tell everyone! LOL
I was really worried about this one but I followed your advice and trusted in the programme and in myself. When I went out this morning it was just a perfect, beautiful morning, just some birds, the sea, the sky and me and my oh. And Please Please Me (whole album) on Spotify - great motivator! Very slow pace but managed the whole 20 minutes without having to slow down. Now ready for week 6 on Friday. Woohoo

Just a gentle warning, for various reasons, mainly psychological, many people find W6R1 is a tricky run. Just show it sufficient respect and you will be fine.
Thank you for the advice. Yes, I did find myself looking at the first run of week 6 and thinking it should be a lot easier than today's run, so will definitely pace myself and prepare for the start / stop pattern, which I have found quite tricky at times.
