...But I did! Three minutes seems like an awfully long time compared to 90 seconds, but I did it. I may have felt like my left foot was about to fall off by the end, but that's fine. Cos I did it. A little nervous for what week 4 will bring, but two more of these to do first. Bring it on!

Yay!! Well done! Just trust in the program, it has worked for so many others before, you CAN do this! Great job, keep on running :-)

Well done , great to know how much you have improved already :) take each run as it comes , don't look to far ahead , you will do just fine keep going :D
