Didn't think I could but...

I just did 2 x 5 minute runs in my first try at week 4!

I've been doing the plan for 5 weeks and it really works doesn't it?!

I have jelly legs now but I am so happy I managed it. The first 5 mins was the tougher one surprisingly but I think I had gone a bit fast in the previous 3 minute run.

So now I have a 2 day rest due to work and I really hope I can do it again.

Well done! I found week four got easier as it went on - the first run was definitely the hardest!
