I think it might actually all be clicking into place! First 28 min run and i felt great. I seem to be hitting my stride at around 8 mins into a run. Tonight i must have paced myself better as i didnt seem to struggle with my breathing at all and there wasn't even any points where I was desperate for Michael to tell me to stop! After sitting on various motorways for 7 hours coming home from a holiday on the south coast, I nearly didn't go out but so glad I did. 2 weeks to go...bring it on! 💪👍🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

Well done you! I find my best runs are when I least feel like it. I just did the w5r3 this morning, again not really in the mood for it, and it was the best run I’ve had so far. I bet you’re so glad that you made the effort 😄😄
