Just finished my second run of week 8 ran the last 10 mins at the faster speed but only ran an extra 5 mins today so total run time 33mins.
Feels good, was running around doing errands all morning so missed my usual morning running time and was going to bail but so glad I didn’t!
My main focus now is to just finish the program as I’m already running 30 mins at my snails pace I’m going to try and work on pace and distance.... X
