Oh wow, I did it! I did it with ease too! I seemed to knock a fair bit off my time because I got into a good pace. Not intentionally getting faster, it just sort of happened!!!
I'm feeling so invigorated and happy and can't believe it's only 2 weeks to go!
Been getting some niggles in my heel, plantar fasciitis stylee but I have bought some heel gels to put in my shoes to protect it. I won't begin week 7 until Monday so will be resting until then.
Hope you got on okay Saul.
Have an awesome weekend everyone!!!!

Speed built naturally shows increasing stamina and fitness. That is a great skill to have, knowing your best pace for a particular run. Great time, well done and don't b disappointed if another time u r slower, trust your body to let u know!!
Well done running buddy, looks like the auto pilot set in and took over. Should be well proud of yourself.!
In the words of T. Alan Armstrong.... "Champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it. The victorious performance itself is merely the demonstration of their championship character."
