Correct Interval Times?

Does anyone have a correct list of C25K Interval times I was sure W5R2 was 2 runs of 8mins with a 5min walk in the middle but the app I've downloaded took me out for a 5min run a 5min walk and then a 12min run!?

It's still good exercise but I just want to make sure I'm following the plan correctly.

You are correct: W5R2 is

8 min run,

5, min walk

8 min run

OK so that one is wrong do you know the remaining times from W5R3 onwards or have a lint to them?

I'll have to take a copy of the app and update it to be correct. Shame I liked the look of 3min run, 3min walk and then 15min run rather than just 20mins run for W5R3 but I'll get it done either way!

No worries at all!

Maybe because you are a boy and I am a girl and, according to the stereotypes, boys can't find anything? :-P

Did you download the podcasts from the Health Unlocked website, they worked fine for me and each week is correct and matches the list

No like I say I use an app on my watch that reported to be C25K but it turns out they got some of the times wrong, I have the power to correct this though.

I used to listen to Laura but my phone got too big for the tiny pocket in my shorts and I got a fancy new watch :)
