Just back from my asthma assessment

Well done! I just had a wheezy run, first time in ages I had to pause to let my lungs recover before I could carry on :/ I think its the cold air! Think I have to go back to my routine of taking a puff of my reliever before I go..
Got to fight the asthma, eh? That's a very good peak flow!

I don't know much about park flow measurements but that sounds like a fantastic improvement! One of the many benefits of running.

That's excellent! Congratulations!
That's great news curly 😆

Yeah!

Wow, CG2, that's amazing. Well done!

A breath of fresh air !
What a cracking pair of lungs you've got Sarah !

Running is really amazing, isn't it.. and your determination too of course!

Wow! ☺☺☺☺☺☺

Wow that's an especially impressive figure after you ran there too! Amazing.

Just looked online, it's normal for women of my height and age to do 420...wow!

Wow, Sarah, that's a fantastic improvement!! I've got an assessment coming up soon - I wonder what mine will be. Love that you ran to your assessment xx

That's really amazing.
I will never forget doing a peak flow on a professional athlete and then just staring confusedly at the meter until he pointed out to me the marker was up at 800!!! I just never look that high.

You are an inspiration for us all! That post should be compulsory reading in schools and doctors surgeries the length of the land! Well done you!
Brilliant. I'm currently recording my peak flow to assess my breathing so I understand what you say. Big congrats.

Great news, well done Curly 😀🏃xx
