where my peak flow was measured and has increased from 320-350 to a whopping 520! Thank you running.

Well done! I just had a wheezy run, first time in ages I had to pause to let my lungs recover before I could carry on :/ I think its the cold air! Think I have to go back to my routine of taking a puff of my reliever before I go..

Got to fight the asthma, eh? That's a very good peak flow!

I don't know much about park flow measurements but that sounds like a fantastic improvement! One of the many benefits of running.

That's really amazing.

I will never forget doing a peak flow on a professional athlete and then just staring confusedly at the meter until he pointed out to me the marker was up at 800!!! I just never look that high.
