For technical IT reasons I can't fathom I couldn't get on here.
After graduating I've still been out pounding the paths! 5k has become my minimum "jog" for which I am pretty chuffed. For those folks who may be struggling, keep trying, you can do it!! I had always said before I did C25K, you only run for a bus!.... I had every excuse under the sun, But now, I run and I enjoy it. So glad I stuck it out! Here's to many more miles in 2016!
