Week 7 Completed!

Although I have completed week 7, it certainly has taken me longer than seven weeks to get here! The main lesson that I have learned that a slow pace is best for me. I'm slightly apprehensive for week 8, but to not try is to fail- we'll get there in the end!

If you go nice and steady you'll be fine. Think positive! 😊

It doesn't matter how long it takes. Slow is good, you will definitely get there if you stick with the programme. x :-)

You'll be fine - it's only gentle increases now. Continue to take it steady - good luck!
