Managed to get a 33.45 1.76 faster than my previous best, so happy and getting closer to the elusive 30min 5K. Hope everyone else's Parkrun's went well Happy Running !! :)

Fabulous! Gotta love a pb :-) And that's a decent junk of time taken off too. You must have felt great getting that result!

Well done! Missed PR yesterday but all set for next week. It's funny how 30 mins seems to be the benchmark for so many of us (even though Laura doesn't really tell us to aim for that) Don't think I'm going to make 30 mins any time soon, but never say never. I'll watch your progress with interest. Keep posting your PR times RidingStar!

I have not been working on speed, I have built to 10K and now make 2 runs a week 10K, so maybe that has made me naturally faster ;) My previous PB had been a run/walk this one was just running so feels much more satisfying ;) I am way off 30 mins but I agree never say never ;)
