Just returned home from w9 r3. I have now completed all the runs.
I admit it took me a couple of extra weeks but I got there.
Now the real challenge starts, keeping it up over the winter!

Congratulations you did it! π
Fabulous stuff. It's a big achievement and you should be really proud of yourself. Winter running can be a tad challenging but if you don't want to lose the benefits of all your hard work then it's got to be done. Enjoy your future running and many congratulations to you.
Congratulations! Doesn't it feel great? Now get planning your graduation gift to keep yourself motivated - apart from being great to buy yourself something like a Garmin or new trainers, investing in running stuff means that you have to use it or feel guilty Over the winter, if you don't feel like going out, imagine starting it all over again, and remember those first few weeks in comparison to the buzz of W9R3.... it works for me every time.
Yippee!! Well done you!
Congratulations Kerry , Well done on your Graduation ! xxx
Congratulations! It feels so good doesn't it! As for running through the winter - I reckon it'll all be down to making sure we have the right clothes (and possibly footwear , if you're a traily sort of person, which I increasingly am!)
Congratulations!
Fantastic! Great feeling isn't it π. I'm also nervous about winter running as im prone to going over on my ankle - both of them - and I'm scared of when it gets icy and slippy, but we'll just have to be extra careful. I agree totally with the runner above who said just think about having to start it all again and I certainly don't want to do that!! Well done again.
