I’ve actually done it, just finished & lying on the sofa to celebrate!

I’m a bit stunned. (I’m also on the way to a sausage sandwich)!

Age-wise I may getting closer to incontinence & bingo in the care home but I’m not going down without a fight!

Thank you for all the support on here, it really does make a difference & good luck everyone still going, it CAN be done.

I’m off now to get over-emotional!😎

You absolutely can. I do mean it when I say if I can I should think anyone can - I'm no great exercise lover & wasn't particularly fit. I'm now going to become a running bore, I'm sure.
