Does it count as completing week 9 run three if you had to stop to xross a road?

Of course it counts ! Now you have graduated you will discover that it's quite ok to stop during a run, to take in a view, get a picture, catch your breath etc. Anything to keep you enjoying it !!

Yes, of course u had to stop for a second, still ran for 30 minutes, that type of stuff happens when u have to open gates, climb a fence, cross a road - all part of the run xx - you graduated - yay!!! What next?

It is a fantastic programme, when I think of how running for one minute in that first week was to now. Had a listen to stepping stones and the stamina one, think I might just have a go at one of them and see how it goes
