Delighted with myself to have graduated the programme, would never have believed 9 (ish) weeks ago that could run anywhere!
Have now done 3 x 5km runs just to make sure that it wasn’t a fluke, time improving every time I go out. Feel quite happy to stick to the 5km at the moment, aiming for that magic 30 minutes but happy to do it in less than 40!!

Well done you! The programme is amazing, isn't it? I was doubtful that it could get me running and I'm now starting week 7! Well done on you 5k, how long did you first one take?
First one was 39 minutes, I did the 30 listening to the app and then just decided to keep going, that was W9R1!! Second one 37 minutes, last one 36.5! Not actually sure I could go any faster but loving having a go! Thinking about a Park Run but want to be more confident first! Well done on your progress, you can do it!! 🏃🏼♀️
Really really well done, the programme does work. In a few weeks you’ll be wondering why you didn’t do it years ago! And no matter how slow you’re going, you’ll always be lapping those still on the sofa!!! X
I feel like that tbh! my last 2 weeks (6 runs) of C25K were all horrible so I'm taking the advice of one of the bridge to 10 K peeps who say do the same routine for another 3 weeks before extending distance or adjusting pace and make it enjoyable! I can barely look up from the road never mind enjoy it! so hoping the enjoyment will kick in soon!! but I do feel accomplished!
