Today was the day. It started badly with a difficult situation at home but I was determined to complete my run. I went to the park which is my favourite place to run. The weather was perfect and I remembered my water. I ran 4k in 30 mins and continued until I had completed 5k in 38 mins 51 secs. Do now I feel as if I deserve to graduate. I am so proud of getting this far and plan to continue to run and build on my pace initially and then increase my distance. Thanks to my fellow C25k for your support. It has made all the difference.
