I am doing W09R03 today and I am so sad that I want to postpone it
I am scared of what's next and I have tried to come up with a schedule to consolidate and move to 10K, (Already read the what's next post), but it's so nice being a newbie and having someone to tell you what to do each run.
I think I'll treat myself to a new Playlist and try and enjoy the run as much as I can.

Aw I can see where you are coming from Neptune. Don't forget that it's advisable to carry on running for 30 minutes three times a week after you graduate anyway, and you could always be listening to the week 9 podcasts when you do that. Also, the speed and stamina podcasts still have Laura guiding you through them.
With time you'll have your own music that gets you moving and you'll enjoy the freedom to run for as long as you want. Though, again, there are times when I too think it would be nice to hear Laura's encouragement when I'm on a run.
Congratulations on reaching the final run of the programme!
You can redo the graduation run again and again while you consolidate. I did! Just changed the coach for some variation. I found it useful to stay with that until the 30 mins became comfortable.
Oh please don't feel sad, you have to keep on posting on here you know, to tell us all how you are doing and to encourage the newbies! So feel happy and proud of yourself. It's not really the finish line, it's just the beginning of you as a graduate runner!
I am very proud (I didn't feel like this when I graduated uni haha)! I feel accomplished for the first time in years, this helped me mentally more than physically. Very grateful. Thank you!
Well, someone will tell you what to do in your 10K plan 😀 Go ahead and finish your run and in case you do not jump to 10k straight away, stick with the last podcast just in case.
And congrats in advance on graduating. I foresee that happening.
Everyone is right you can stick with wk 9 for as long as you like. we are all on here for you as well. Graduates play such an important roll on this forum so don't forget that side of graduation, you still have a lot to share with the newcomers just starting out. it is an exciting time for you, there are so many possibilities for you if you want to accept them. it is just the start of an amazing journey, not the end. Happy running. Rfc x
