I plan to consolidate for a couple of weeks now before moving on to the 10k training πŸ˜†

Which one will you do? I've tried Blickling which is a lovely course if a bit up hill and Eaton Park which is quite busy but flatter, although it gets big puddles when rainy.

I will miss the next 2 weeks but will be there again soon 😊

Yes.. a couple of weeks of consolidation and some runs for pure joy...just because you can. Change your routes maybe , but make sure you get 30 minute runs in too!

Trying out the C25K + podcasts could be useful..they are challenging, but really can help the discipline in our running... after that..maybe head over to bridge to10K and take a look at ju-ju- 's 10K programme,... it is brilliant!
