Well done. Yes, do the parkrun. You'll find it's a very friendly and supportive environment - just the thing to help you keep up what you've now managed to achieve. A parkrun on the schedule every week is at least one of your weekly runs taken care of, and in a pleasant way you'll probably come to look forward to.
