No I didn't do it...I wish... but I was on Marshall duty.

It was just amazing being part of it. Hopefully one day I may run it

I really thought you were going to say you ran it. Now I know you're a super runner, doing 10ks and all, but I thouht that was very short preparation time! Haha ;-)

Good for you helping out. It's funny the world c25k has opened up isn't it?

Looking fabulous by the way!

Thanks Mim. Working the yellow plastic vest look.

Mine split so had to tie it up one side hence the slightly ruffled look.

Would love to run it next year. It's a difficult hilly course but maybe...just maybe

If you want to, why not?! You've done brilliantly so far, doing a 10k so soon after graduating. And you have a year to train. My next aim is to run 10k by January. Will I be able to do it? Not sure, but I won't know until I try.

You will smash it.

Good luck with your training. Gotta get out tomorrow, haven't done much the last couple days

Haha I saw you in all your yellow vested glory (as a spectator, obviously, not a runner!) Didn't recognise you or I'd have said hello :)

Did you see the lady run past carrying her shoes? How sore must her feet have been to make running in sock seem like a good idea!!

Rather you than me doing the actual race, it's far too hilly. A couple of friends have done it and both said never again AND one of them is really fast (she did the Hackney Half last year with only 3 weeks training!!) xxx

Those hills are what's worrying me.

Aww shame we didn't get chance to say hi. Were you on Borrowdale Avenue.

Did see the lady carrying her trainers. There was one running barefoot too. Ouch!!

was a hot day for running.
