Hi all did HM and finished yeah! Time 3 15 I am so sore and tired 4 nice blister on my feet my feet r in a lot of pain it was so hard but done it ! :)

Wow half marathon that's awesome! You must be feeling sooooooo pleased with yourself! Congrats!!!! Such a huge achievement!

I agree time for a well earned rest and then celebrations are in order!

Oh well done! It's very hard isn't it but well worth it as you feel such a sense of achievement. Rest up now and get some good eats sorted. You'll be wanting to eat everything inside for at least four days.

I put Vaseline on my blisters before putting my running shoes back on and don't prick em or anything. Just leave em be

Well Done it is a great achievement. Remember to move around every 20 mins or so tomorrow to stop the legs from seizing up. Have a great night tonight and have fun refuelling.
